Introduction

The last update of these Terms & Conditions dates from September 13th 2023.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Contract") govern the relationship between:

Any Internet user who subscribes to a CSS Reparo service (hereinafter referred to as "the User")

Article 1 - The services

By purchasing a digital service from cssreparo.com, the Member will have access to the following benefits:

a. For the "Reparo On Demand" service : A web development consultancy service given by the Seller. The User will give to the Seller a set of code files (in web languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and will explain the issue, the problem or the technical bug to fix The User can submit to the Seller six technical resolution requests or feature development request per month. However, the User can send only one request at a time. The Seller may take at most 24 hours to deliver the task. The Seller will do his best to resolve the problem and will give to the User the working code solution. If the Seller judges or estimates that the technical issue or feature development is too long to fix (exceed one hour of work) or does not have the ability or the resources to deliver the consultancy service to the User, The Seller will inform the User or that fact and will refund the User of the service cost. The User can contact the Seller through the website chat, the Discord server or by email at julien@cssreparo.com

b. For the "Reparo Plus" service : A web development consultancy service given by the Seller. The User will give to the Seller a set of code files (in web languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and will explain the issue, the problem or the technical bug to fix or also the feature to develop. One feature should not exceed one hour of work. The User can submit to the Seller an unlimited technical resolution requests or feature development request. However, the User can send only one request at a time. The Seller may take at most 24 hours to deliver the task. The Seller will do his best to resolve the problem and will give to the User the working code solution. c. For the "Reparo Maxima" service A web development consultancy service given by the Seller. The User will give to the Seller a set of code files (in web languages HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and will explain the issue, the problem or the technical bug to fix or the feature to develop. One feature should not exceed one hour of work. The User can submit to the Seller an unlimited technical resolution requests or feature development request. However, the User can send only one request at a time. The Seller may take at most 24 hours to deliver the task. If the Seller judges or estimates that the technical issue or feature development is too long to fix (exceed one hour of work) or does not have the ability or the resources to deliver the consultancy service to the User, The Seller will inform the User or that fact and will refund the User of the service cost. The Seller will do his best to resolve the problem and will give to the User the working code solution.

In addition, the User will be able to have a online video call with the Seller, one hour per week maximum, in order to have technical advice from the Seller. In order to book this video call, the User must contact the Seller in order to plan the call date and time.

This service is available to the User during 30 days, starting from the date of service payment.

There is no commitment to the subscription. The user can stop it at any time. Otherwise, it will be renewed automatically. The user has a tolerance period of three days from the subscription date or the renewal date to request a refund for the current month.

Article 2: Mean of payment

The service purchase payment is processed and secured with Gumroad. A tax may be requested depending on the User's country. The User must be aware of these special conditions and any additional costs before confirming its purchase. This payment service are provided by the payment provider concerned under their sole responsibility.

According to Gumroad Terms of Service, the Users with a VAT ID have to enter it into their Invoice, which they can generate through their Gumroad receipt. The invoice they receive will reflect this refund, and the refund will hit their credit card accounts or PayPal accounts.

Article 3: Intellectual Property

The User agree that he will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the website CSS Reparo.

Article 4: Protection of Personal Data

The Seller gathers and processes the User's personal information in accordance with French Law No. 78-17 dated January 6, 1978, also referred to as "Informatique et Libertés."

The data is collected for the following purposes:

Emailing information to Users. Managing the relationship between the Seller and its Users, including customer support. The Seller does not share any personal data with external parties.

The Seller is committed to respecting the User's privacy and takes all necessary steps to ensure the security and confidentiality of the User's personal data. This includes measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or damage. This commitment is subject to any legal obligations that may apply to the User, as defined by Law No. 2004-575, known as the law for trust in the digital economy.

The User has the right to object, access, modify, and delete any data collected or generated through their use of the Platform.
